My review

Wow I love this so much. It’s a short read - only a few minutes but it feels like a hug. A really cool idea for what God and human life is about. 👍

About this book ↗
My review

I really enjoyed the book. It was a quick read for an afternoon with an interesting premise. I liked the pacing and subplots but wish there was a happier ending. I was left a bit confused on what this hell was trying to teach its guests. My takeaway is that this is something about human nature and searching and hope. This hell had many emergent qualities of life on Earth. I guess humans will always be human no matter their environment. They will love and grieve and play - form groups and spend their time solving problems and searching for something. On Earth, like in Hell, we hope that someone or something whether it be God or something else can witness and validate our struggles and efforts.

Half-marathons, marathons, and the miles in between. I recently started distance running as a hobby and have one half-marathon under my belt. I hope to continue this hobby and participate in more races in the future.

On the stage

I played French horn for eight years and mellophone for four years in marching band. The highlight of my music career was the year I participated in the Georgia All-State Band. I had tried out every year that I played French horn and finally made it in 2017 after 6 years of failed attempts.
